Declarations of Interest In Terms of the Ethical Standards In Public Life Etc. (Scotland) Act 2000
Submit report by the Chief Officer (Place) seeking approval to progress with the enforcement of pavement parking, double parking and parking at dropped kerbs.
Submit report by the Chief Officer (Assets and Procurement) providing a summary of the content of the Public Sector Report on Compliance with Climate Change Duties, which had been submitted on behalf of the Council in November 2023 for reporting year 2022/23, as well as providing an update on progress against the Council’s carbon budgets set within the Climate Plan ACT2030 and its Energy Policy targets.
Submit report by the Depute Chief Executive fulfilling the Council's duty under the Edinburgh Declaration, which the Council became a signatory to on 22 June 2021, to report every three years on the actions which it has taken to meet its biodiversity duty, with the last report being approved at the former Environment and Transportation Committee on 10 February 2021.
