Submit report by the Chief Officer (Assets and Procurement) providing a high level summary of the key project activity, including a synopsis of the previous reports provided to elected members and audit reports as they relate to the Housing and Corporate Maintenance and Improvement Contract element of the Enterprise Project.
EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC
The Council is asked to consider passing the following resolution: "That under Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the public be excluded from the meeting for agenda item 4 only on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A of the Act".

Updated Risk Analysis – Housing and Corporate Maintenance and Improvement Services Contract
Submit Joint report by the Depute Chief Executive and Chief Officer (Finance) advising of the risks presented by not awarding the new Enterprise Strategic Vehicle – Housing and Corporate Maintenance and Improvement Services Contract.
Submit joint report by the Chief Officer (Assets and Procurement), Chief Officer (Housing Property Services) and Chief Officer (Housing Management) seeking approval to award the contract for the future delivery of Housing and Corporate Maintenance and Improvement Services to Mears Limited following the completion of a procurement exercise undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and the Council’s General Contract Standing Orders
