The Sub-Committee noted that there were no declarations of interest.
EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC
The Sub-Committee is asked to consider passing the following resolution: "That under Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A of the Act".

Submit candidates application pack as made available via the myjobscotland recruitment portal (provided for information).

There was submitted a recruitment pack which had been provided to applicants and made available
via the myjobscotland recruitment portal.
Thereon, the Chief Executive provided an overview of the skills, experience and
knowledge demonstrated in each application form.
There was submitted application forms received in respect of the post of Chief Officer (Audit and Risk).
Decided: that applicants 4,5,6 and 7 proceed to interview.

Decided: that a pre-meeting take place on Monday, 9 September 2024 at 9.30am, and the interviews take place on Monday, 9 September 2024 at 10am.
