Declarations of Interest In Terms of the Ethical Standards In Public Life Etc. (Scotland) Act 2000
Submit report by the Chief Officer (Audit and Risk) informing that the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards and the Council's Internal Audit Charter require the Chief Officer (Audit and Risk) to provide the Audit and Scrutiny Panel, the Chief Executive and Corporate Management Team, with an annual summary of the work undertaken by Internal Audit, and to provide an annual independent opinion on the Council's corporate governance, risk management and internal control arrangements.
Submit report by the Chief Officer (Strategy and Engagement) regarding the annual review which has been undertaken to refresh the Strategic Governance Framework and to ensure each of the elements and mechanisms listed within the report are up-to-date, and on a review programme to be updated at an appropriate interval and reported to the relevant Committee.
Submit report by the Chief Officer (Strategy and Engagement) providing the Panel with a copy of the Annual Governance Statement for consideration.
